Broken attachment filename with Apple mail

With Apple mail, Korean attachment filename is broken.

Attachment filename is encoded to UTF-8

Run the following command within Terminal, then restart Apple mail.

$ defaults write com.apple.mail NSPreferredMailCharset "UTF-8"
